My product/s are damaged when I received it. What can I do?
Don't worry! We are happy to send you a replacement of the product.
Do note that you will need to immediately inform us of the damaged good/s within 24 hours* of you receiving your package, by sending us a photo of the damaged product/s to sales@therealaddons.com.
*Any request made after this time frame will be considered void.
I'm not happy with the product/s. What can I do?
We are truly sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We can refund you with store credits or you can exchange it for another item of equal or lower value. This policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
However, you will be required to deliver the product/s back to us, with shipment charges borne by the customer. We only accept the product/s in it's original condition*. Kindly allow us 1-2 business days for us to process your returns once we have received it.
It is advisable for a return to be sent via registered modes as we would not be responsible for any lost mail sent back through non-traceable mailing options.
